Job Description:

Fakeeh Tech Is Hiring Implementation & Support Engineer

Brief description :

Perform application training (Functional and technical like installations, configurations. etc) to client's IT staff/end users on new functionalities/ enhancements.

·       Perform detailed study on all client issues and document all findings and resolve.

·       Prepare and maintain all functional documents and communicate with clients.

·       Should maintain professional relationships with all clients.

·       Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle.

·       Ready to test the application based on the feedback or requirements from client.

·       Manage and track support issues to ensure all customer issues get resolved.

·       Experience writing SQL queries and understanding of Oracle Database

·       Assisting the project manager with the implementation

·       Advising on best practices in the deployment of Applications

·       Problem-solving and suggesting solutions to delivery failures

·       Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions (Voice & Email)

·       Installation and configuration of our Products and its dependent applications

·       Analysis of Client Requirements, creating SRS and Use-case documents. 

.       Reviewing documents and workflows with clients

·       Using tools for analysis and documentation of GAP analysis and documentation of Client requirement

·       Track and follow up on different stages of implementation from Requirement Gathering to Project Sign-off

·       Work with clients to schedule and train End Users on our Products and their dependent applications

·       Prepare training materials, videos and develop a training structure

·       Determine root cause, management, and resolution of product issues escalated through customer support channels

·       Troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues in regards to interface and information exchanges

·       Review and Deployment of Product upgrades to the client environment

·       Ensuring committed tasks are closed within the agreed SLA

·       Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals

Preferred skills:

Working knowledge in Win 2008/2012 servers, Windows 8, Windows 10, Outlook & MS Office Suite.

·       Working knowledge in IT/Product support.

·       Basic knowledge in SQL or ORACLE would be added advantage.

·       Oracle certification (OCP) is added an advantage.

·       Database: Oracle 11g/12C / SQL Scripting.

·       Basic Hardware infrastructure knowledge.

·       HIS Application Implementation and support experience.

·       Hands-on in Training, Coordination, and Documentation required.
