F4fish is hiring Delivery Executives/Manager

Company Overview:

f4fish is a fresh fish online home delivery platform headquartered in Calicut, Kerala. Expanding its services to various areas in Bangalore, the company is looking for part-time and full-time Delivery Executives and Managers to join the team.

1. Delivery Executive

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fresh fish orders to customers within assigned locations
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain professionalism and customer service during interactions

Timing:

• 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
• 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹12,000 per month (fixed)

Incentives: Earn 50% of the delivery charge for each order after completing 10 deliveries in a day

Additional Benefits:

• Petrol allowance for candidates with their own vehicle (based on distance covered)
• Company-provided e-vehicles for those without personal vehicles (employees are responsible for damages or traffic fines)

2. Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery executives and manage daily operations
• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules
• Update stock details and handle logistical challenges
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction

Timing:

• Morning Shift: 8 am to 1 pm

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer and mobile applications
• Language skills in Kannada & English are an advantage

Note:

• Delivery executives using company-provided vehicles are responsible for traffic violations or damages.
