Eynetech is hiring HR Generalist

Experience: 2-5 years
Job Location: Cochin

Job Responsibilities:
• Initiating and organizing Employee engagement activities and Employee connect programs
• Handling daily operations of the HR department
• Coordinating Learning and Development initiatives for all employees
• Assisting in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues
• Administering benefits and payroll and overseeing time office management
• Attending employee queries, requests, and concerns regarding the company and Human Resources programs,
policies and guidelines
• Updating, Reviewing and ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
• Ensuring adherence to Statutory Regulations and Audit standards
• Overseeing general administration, assisting in organizing events, and conducting annual employee surveys
• Researching and recruiting candidates through different channels & conducting pre-employment evaluations
• Co-ordinating Performance Appraisal review process

Requirements and Skills:
• Strong Interpersonal and people management skills
• Drive to initiate employee engagement
• Strong communication skills & organizational ability
• Well versed with MS Office; should be technology savvy
• Excellent in multitasking and in HR operations
• Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture
• Experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage
