EY is hiring Women Professionals through the EY NextGen Women Program

EY NextGen Women Program Details:

• The EY NextGen Women program is a global campus competition designed to build a pipeline of exceptional, graduate & post- graduate level female talent into Strategy & Transactions (SaT).
• After the selection process, shortlisted candidates will participate in country-level competitions to showcase their skills.
• The winner from each country will then proceed to the global final, where they will participate in individual and group challenges.
• During the finals, organizers will announce the global competition winners.

How the EY NextGen Women Competition Works:

• The competition consists of two rounds: a country-level competition followed by a global-level competition.
• Participants at the country level compete to earn the title of the winner, who will represent their country in the global finals while also selecting a runner-up. 
• The global finals will be hosted by global SaT and will feature participation from business leaders, EY partners, clients, and our people.
• Prizes will be awarded at both the country and global levels.

Eligibility:

• This program is for women students pursuing graduation or post-graduation degrees, who possess no prior work experience, and with a keen interest in business and its application in a SaT career.
• Eligible fields of study include management, finance, economics, commerce, statistics, mathematics, and related areas. 
• Only Indian citizens residing in the country are eligible to participate.
• Students currently enrolled full-time and expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
• Additionally, participants must have a valid passport, as selected participants will need to travel abroad for the global competition.

Prizes For the Winner & Runners-Up of the Country Competitions:

• The finalists will be offered internship & job opportunities with the country SaT team.

Prizes For the Global Final:

• The winner and runner-up of the global final will get a trophy, a 12-month global mentorship with a leader in their country, and a job offer (if not already received as part of the country competition).
• The global winner will also get to attend an EY SaT global event or other leadership meetings.
