Job Description:

E Seller Technologies is hiring BPO Executive.

 US call center experience and willing to work US CST time zone is MUST

Sales Execution - Ability to communicate effectively on the phone; close contracts once all clients' needs have been identified and addressed with proven solutions.

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Customer outreach/perform cold calls, as well as receive inbound calls from customer leads to respond to their inquiries and detail our services

Building and nurturing relationships with clients

Excellent oral and written communication in US English

Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

Be adept at building relationships with clients and be on the lookout for client opportunities

Meet personal/BPO team sales targets and call handling quotas

Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and resilience Highly motivated, self-starter, results-driven, independent

Has to provide effective customer services such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions.

Must discuss every matter with the manager or team leader to get any issue sorted

Experience in Social Media Marketing

Expertise in Lead Generation

Preferred skills:
