ESC Utility Services Pvt. Ltd is hiring Trainee/Junior Associate (Digitalization).

Location: SBC 2310, 3rd Floor, Yamuna Tower, Technopark phase III Campus, Trivandrum

Key tasks:

• Remotely support Digitalization activities for Utility companies in Germany/Europe
• Analysing Digital documents and processing various types of Data using Software

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresher or 1-2 years of working in BPO/BPM OR in office/technical positions, preferably in IT/ITES companies having remote process supports
• Graduate in any discipline except Post graduates in MTech, MCA, MBA etc.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in German language is desirable
• Good Patience in searching and capturing data from various Digital documents
• Must be a good Team player and ability to complete tasks on time and quality
• Hands on computer knowledge (Windows, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant industry specific processes
• Dynamic and Flexible attitude in working for European clients
• Ability to learn quickly and supporting peers and company for its organic growth
