ESAF Small Finance Bank is hiring Rural Development Rural Marketing, and Sales and Marketing.

Designation: Executive Trainee

Job Location: PAN India

Salary: Rs. 3 Lakh CTC (Cost to Company) + you will be eligible for the incentives based on your performance.

Eligibility

Post-graduation Candidates (There should not be any backlogs at the time of interview and joining), with a preference to candidates, specialized in Rural Development /Rural Marketing / Sales & Marketing, with the mindset to serve the rural population of India & willingness to work in the field.

Selection Stages

I. First Phase ( on 05-01-2022)

Shortlisted candidates will have Online Assessment (Online web-based assessment)

Group Discussion 

Case Study

Preliminary HR interview 

II. Second Phase ( Later)

Personal interview with the Senior Management and HR Team.
