Position:

Branch head:

Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 5+ years of Experience in Banking operations & managing regulatory requirements.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must.
Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.

Branch operations manager:

Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 3+ years of Branch Operations experience and a flair for sales and marketing is mandate.

Teller/cashier:

Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 2+ years of relevant
Experience in the cash management.

Sales officer (branch banking):

Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 1+ years of sales experience in Banking/NBFC/FMCG etc.
A flair for sales and marketing is mandatory.

Gold loan officer:

Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)
Candidate should have a flair for marketing & Sales
He/ She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1 -2 year experience in Bank / NBFC

Relationship manager/relationship officer- MSME:

Should have thorough knowledge of Balance sheet, working capital products and mortgage processes.
Should be able to independently assess business models, prepare Credit approval Memo and handle query resolution with credit department.
Excellent communication skills, relationship management and ability to interact with senior management of corporate/medium enterprises is a must
2+ years experience of which at least 1 year in working capital with a bank/NBFC handling large ticket working capital files.
Should have handled working capital files end to end and should have demonstrated origination of deals from the market.
Should be working in Business Banking, SME, Small enterprise group division of a bank.

Sales officer- Retail assets:

Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 1+ years of sales Experience in Banking/NBFC/FMCG etc.
A flair for sales and marketing is mandate.

Area sales manager- retail assets:

Minimum 4 years experience in Mortgages
Candidate should possess a regular UG certificate from a recognized university.
