Job Description:

ESAF is hiring Customer Service Executive

Eligibility:
Any graduation Candidates (There should not be any backlogs at the time of Joining), Candidates who all have max of 3 back papers’ can apply

Primary Role:
Identification of Sangam’s (Joint Liability Group)
Coordinate with Unit Managers for Sangam Formation
Facilitate Adding of more members into Sangam
Collection of Installment amount in decided intervals.
Documentations & Reporting as needed.

Pre Requisites for Selection:
• Willingness to work in field/ rural areas
• Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills
• Good in marketing & Analytical Skills
• Target Orientation

Remuneration: (Monthly) Approximate Rs 16,000 (Basic pay)+ Conveyance + Performance-based incentives

Other Salary Details: PF, ESI, Bonus and other benefits etc.

Promotion: FastTrack Promotion Process

Location: Anywhere in Kerala
