Eram Excellence is hiring Travel Consultants

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years as a Travel Consultant/Ticketing Executive

Qualification: IATA Certification is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and Issue Domestic and International Flight Tickets
• Perform Fare Calculations, Prepare Quotations and Itineraries, Issue/Reissue Tickets and Process Refunds
• Manage GDS Queues, Void Tickets and Prepare Daily Sales Reports
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service to Both Internal and External Clients
• Coordinate with Airlines and Travel Partners to Ensure Smooth Travel Operations

Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of GDS Systems - Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
• Willingness to Work Flexible Shifts, Including Night Shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
