Job Description:

EPAM Systems - Off Campus Hiring 2026 Batch | Pooled Campus Drive (via Muthoot Engineering College TPO)

Eligibility (Class of 2026 only):

• Academic programs: BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT, or related streams) or MCA

• Graduation score: Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA

• Schooling scores: Minimum 60% in both Class 10th and 12th

• Active backlogs: Strictly no current backlogs

• Education gaps: No gap allowed between Class 10th and 12th; maximum 12 months gap allowed between Class 12th and graduation

• Onboarding location: Must be flexible to onboard at any EPAM India office (Hyderabad/Coimbatore/Chennai)

Compensation & Benefits

During Training:

• Monthly stipend: ₹27,500 (₹25,000 base stipend + ₹2,500 food allowance)

Upon Full-Time Conversion (FTE):

• CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum
• Fixed gross: ₹8,00,000
• Customizable insurance coverage benefit: ₹48,000
