Job Description:

Envestnet Technopark is hiring Associate Operations Analyst 

Eligibility criteria:

PG (MBA Finance/ MCom/ MA Economics)

60% throughout from 10th to PG

Pass out year – 2020 or 2021 or 2022(Immediate joiners)

Zero backlogs

0 to 1 year (Fresher preferred)

Work location: ENVESTNET, Ground floor, Bhavani, Technopark, Trivandrum (Currently Remote Working)

Salary for fresher: INR 2.25 LPA (+ shift allowance)

This job requires to work in shifts which can go up to 1 am. (free cab facility is available)

Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience will have service agreement of 2 years.

Selection Process:

i) Proctored Online Test– MCQ (Aptitude + Finance domain)

ii)  PI Behavioral and Cognitive Test

iii)  HR Interview (Video conference)  

iv)  Technical Interview (Video conference)    

Each process an elimination round and test & interviews are done virtually (video call interviews and online test)
