Location: Mumbai

Qualification:

• MBA (Finance)/M.Com/PGDM (Finance)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Enterprise Asset Management(EAM)
• Mechanical Engineering/MBA Operations/Supply Chain Management
• Human Capital Management (HCM) MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR)

Skills:

• Contributes effectively both independently and within a team.
• Flexible and comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Committed to long-term engagement and growth.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adept at multitasking and organization in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide global functional and technical support to international clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer support to international clients.
• Monitor and optimize system performance.
• Facilitate seamless system integrations.
• Manage global client relationships.

Shift Timings: 

• 07:00 am - 04:00 pm
• 11:30 am - 08:30 pm
• 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 10:30 pm - 07:30 am

Service Agreement: Minimum mandatory association for 2 years from date of joining.
