Job Positions:

1. Clinical Quality Analyst (Medical Doctors)

2. Client Service Manager (US Process)

3. Customer Service Associate (International Voice)

Qualification:

• Clinical Quality Analyst: BAMS/BHMS/BDS/Pharm D/BSMS/BUMS/BNYS
• Other Roles: Degree mandatory

Experience:

• Clinical Quality Analyst: 0-5 years in clinical operations
• Client Service Manager: 3-6 years (international process/similar roles)
• Customer Service Associate: 0-5 years (international voice/similar roles)

Skills:

• Good English communication
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

Shift: Night shift (9:30 pm - 6:30 am)

Preference: Immediate joiners & candidates from Trivandrum
