Job Position: Process Associates/Customer Service Executives

Requirements:

• Degree is mandatory (BA, BSC, BCom, or similar education)
   
• Experience: 0-5 years, preferably in the BPO or similar industry
   
• Prior experience in international or non-voice process or a similar environment
   
• Good English communication skills
   
• Willing to work in night shift
  (9:30 pm to 6:30 am or 12:30 am to 9:30 am)
