Job Description:

E Team India is hiring Linux - Freshers.

 Job Description/Skills: 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

· Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 

. Reliable to work in rotational shifts and to complete work as per expectations. 

· Providing chat, ticket, and phone support to end users. 

. 24/7 Monitor and maintain server(s) performance and availability. 

· Installation of new Linux and Windows Systems. 

· Basic knowledge of public cloud management like AWS, Azure etc. 

· Understanding of network protocols (Linux/Windows).

· Hardware software inventory management. 

· Manage customer tickets (OTRS/JIRA)

Qualification:

 BCA, BSc, Diploma (CS) 

Must be REDHAT Certified within last two years.
