Doubtbox is hiring Tele Marketing Executive

Brief description :

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and packages.

Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

Generating promising leads for the internal sales team to pursue.

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Using scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Developing in-depth knowledge of packages and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Follow prepared script to provide accurate information about a products price, features and benefits

Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.

Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and lead conversions.

Maintain detailed records of calls as well as follow up information and outcomes

Preferred skills :

Proven experience working as a telemarketing executive.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to follow scripts.

Strong negotiation and consultative marketing skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is preferred.

Must be available to work some holidays and weekends.
