Job Description:

Divegrid is hiring Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: Freshers with the right skills and passion are welcome.

Qualification: Graduates in Marketing, Media, Communication, or Design are a plus, but not mandatory.

Preference: Candidates who can commute to Kazhakuttom are preferred.

Skills:

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Good command of English and local language.
• Hands-on with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut/Premiere Pro (basic editing).
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats.
• Basic digital marketing knowledge (ads, SEO, analytics).

Responsibilities: 

1.⁠ ⁠Social Media Handling:

• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and design aesthetics.

2.⁠ ⁠Digital Marketing & Promotions:

• Assist in running digital campaigns, paid ads, and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, or agencies if needed.
• Track campaign performance and provide improvement insights.

3.⁠ ⁠Creative Media:

• Generate innovative content ideas for reels, posts, and campaigns.
• Create designs using Canva/Photoshop and edit videos with tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, events, and activities for authentic storytelling.

4.⁠ ⁠Personal Branding:

• Support the client’s personal brand with engaging posts, blogs, and creative storytelling.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry insights.

5.⁠ ⁠Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor social media insights, engagement rates, and growth metrics.
• Suggest new creative strategies to improve reach and conversions.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 10,000/- to 20,000/- Per Month
• Salary will be based on interview performance.
