Job Description:

Conscience is hiring Finance Executive

Closing on: 30/04/2022

Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices

Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations

Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

Assisting with reviewing of expenses, processing of payroll records etc. as assigned

Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

Complying with GST, EPF, ESI & TDS

Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports

Assisting the Director in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Assisting with other accounting projects

Preferred skills: A formal accounting qualification

Interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate

Financial reporting

Analytical ability

Problem-solving skills

Knowledge of digital tools
