Comstream Technologies is hiring VoIP Technical Trainer and Support Engineer

Qualifications: B.Tech. in any engineering stream; BCA or MCA; B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science

Skills:

• Good knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, networking, and Linux fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication, mentoring, and technical training skills
• Ability to guide trainees and support international clients
• Willingness to work night shifts

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Vacancies: 3 Positions (Immediate Joining)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, Linux, and networking
• Assist clients with system configuration, maintenance, and technical support
• Deliver structured technical training on VoIP technologies, SIP, PBX systems, and networking fundamentals
• Monitor trainee progress, conduct technical assessments, and provide feedback
• Guide trainees in practical troubleshooting and ensure they meet the required technical and performance standards
• Prepare and maintain training materials, technical documentation, and troubleshooting records

Training: Mandatory two-month offline training program

Annual CTC: ₹1.8 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA (depending on skills, experience, and performance)
