Comstream Technologies is hiring Web Developer (MERN Stack - Fresher)

Location: Kottayam, Kerala, India

Joining: Immediate

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Job Overview:

• Build And Maintain Modern, Responsive Web Applications
• Collaborate With Designers, Backend Engineers And International Teams
• Deliver Clean, Scalable And High-Quality Web Solutions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Any Computer-Related Degree
• Batch: 2024/2025 Pass-Outs
• Experience: Freshers Or Candidates With Relevant Projects/Internship Experience
• Availability: Willingness To Work Night Shifts
• Training Requirement: Mandatory 3-Month Offline Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Build And Update UI Screens Using React + HTML + CSS
• Convert Designs Into Responsive Web Pages
• Integrate Frontend With Backend APIs
• Fix Bugs, Improve UI And Write Clean Reusable Code

Required Skills:

• Basic Knowledge Of React.js (Components, Props/State, Hooks)
• Good Understanding Of HTML5 And CSS3 (Responsive Pages)
• Good JavaScript (ES6+) Basics
• Basic Understanding Of API Integration (REST APIs, JSON)
• Basic Understanding Of Git (Clone, Commit, Push, Pull)

Preferred Skills:

• State Management (Context API/Redux)
• UI Libraries (Bootstrap/Tailwind/Material UI)
• Basic Testing (Jest/React Testing Library)
• Understanding Of Web Performance And Security (XSS)
• Basic Node.js And Express.js
• Basic MongoDB (CRUD Concepts)
• Backend Basics (Authentication, Error Handling, Request/Response)

Training & Compensation:

• Training: Mandatory 3-Month Offline Program
• CTC: ₹1.8 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA
