Job Positions:

1. Client Communication Manager

2. VoIP Support Engineer

Location: Kottayam

Shift Timing: 9:30 pm – 6:30 am (Night Shift)

Mandatory Training: 3-month full-time offline technical training

Salary Range: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience & skills)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Networking, Linux, VoIP or PBX systems (preferred)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English communication
• Willingness to work night shifts and complete 3-month offline training

Job Responsibilities:

• These roles involve working with VoIP, networking, and Linux-based systems, providing technical solutions for international clients.
