Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled UI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating Figma designs into responsive, high-quality web interfaces. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your expertise in CSS and CSS frameworks to create visually appealing and accessible user interfaces. A basic understanding of JavaScript and React is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Translation: Convert Figma design files into responsive and visually engaging web pages.
• CSS Implementation: Apply advanced CSS techniques to develop and maintain consistent, high-quality UI elements.
• CSS Frameworks: Use CSS frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI) to streamline design and development processes.
• Basic React Usage: Implement basic React components and functionality as needed for project requirements.
• Basic JavaScript: Utilize fundamental JavaScript to add interactivity and enhance user experiences.
• Accessibility Compliance: Incorporate ARIA roles and HTML attributes to ensure web applications are accessible to all users.
• Cross-Browser Testing: Ensure compatibility and performance of web applications across various browsers and devices.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web pages for speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective web solutions.

Requirements:

• CSS Expertise: Strong experience with CSS, including advanced techniques and best practices.
• Design Frameworks: Familiarity with CSS frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS or Material-UI.
• Figma Translation: Ability to effectively translate Figma designs into functional, responsive web pages.
• Basic React Knowledge: Understanding of basic React concepts and their application in web development.
• Basic JavaScript: Knowledge of fundamental JavaScript principles for implementing interactive features.
• Accessibility Awareness: Experience with web accessibility standards and practices, including ARIA roles and attributes.
• Responsive Design: Proven ability to create designs that are responsive and work across a range of devices and screen sizes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Location: Kottayam

Salary: 20,000/- to 25,000/- (There will be regular growth in pay)
