Job Positions:

1. Sales Engineer - EV Charging Stations/Solar Power Plants

• Location: All over Kerala

• Salary: ₹10,000

• Qualification: B.Tech (Any Stream)

• Year Gap: No Issue

Job Role & Responsibilities:

a) Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and engage with potential customers for EV charging stations and solar power solutions (residential & commercial).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, businesses, and homeowners.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and customer outreach.

b) Technical Consultation & Solutions Selling:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV chargers and solar energy solutions.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with the engineering team to customize solutions as per client requirements.

c) Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in EV charging & solar energy.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and sales presentations.

2. Project Coordinator Documentation (M/F)

• Location: All over Kerala

• Salary: 10,000

• Qualification: B.Tech (EEE/EC), Diploma (EEE, EC)

• Year Gap: No issue

Job Role & Responsibilities:

a) Project Documentation & Coordination:

• Prepare, review, and maintain all project-related documents, including technical reports, agreements, permits, and compliance documents.
• Ensure all documentation is in line with government regulations, MNRE guidelines, and DISCOM approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of solar project timelines, materials, and approvals.

b) Liaison & Compliance:

• Coordinate with government agencies, DISCOMs, vendors, and clients for approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing net metering applications and subsidy documentation.
• Ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before installation.

c) Project Support & Coordination:

• Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of solar projects.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.
• Manage communication between stakeholders and resolve documentation-related issues.

d) Quality & Reporting:

• Maintain compliance records, test reports, and commissioning documents.
• Prepare project completion reports and assist in the handover process.
