Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the Healthcare domain.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, claims processing, payer-provider workflows).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
