Qualification: MBA in HR (Full-Time only)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment
• Volume hiring
• Candidate sourcing & screening
• Interview scheduling & coordination
• Salary negotiation & offer generation
• Background verification (BGV) follow-ups
• Stakeholder management
• Recruitment reporting & analytics

Organization Background: Candidates must be from Tier 1/Tier 2 organizations only
