• First 3 months as an intern

• Conversion to permanent position based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Client Communication

• Understand client needs: Regularly assess client requirements and align services accordingly

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams

• Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction

• Project support and coordination with internal teams
