Skills:

- Certified or Course in AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and 

- AWS Developer - Associate 

- Knowledge for AWS services 

- Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting and supporting AWS Client Infrastructure

- Building AWS DR site and managing it

- Should be aware of ITIL processes, manage escalations as well as customer interaction

- Take care of the day to day activities which include Incident Management/Change

- Management/Problem Management reporting
