Experience: 1-2 Years (Construction industry preferred)

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of apartments and villas
• Follow up on leads and convert the enquiries
• Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of residential real estate (apartments & villas)
• Ability to handle customers professionally and close deals
• Proactive, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset
