Claysys is hiring Sales Officer

Location: Kochi

Experience: 1-2 Years (Construction industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of apartments and villas.
• Follow up on leads and convert the enquiries.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of residential real estate (apartments & villas).
• Ability to handle customers professionally and close deals.
• Proactive, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
