Hiring a UI/UX Designer who can design world class designs.

Skill Set Requirement :

Expert level proficiency with UI design-related software and tools

Ability to lead and direct design thinking for a wide range of products.

Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques.

Expert knowledge of responsive design and Desktop/mobile UI.

Experience in tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite etc

Preferred skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

Create world-class, user-centered designs based on research, business needs, analytics & user feedback in an agile environment.

Develop conceptual sketches, visual mock-ups, navigation flows, storyboards, wire-frames, and interactive prototypes to form and communicate design ideas.

Lead the design effort on programs you are working on.

Demonstrate strong visual design skills and careful attention to detail in delivering on-brand, high-quality, development-ready responsive UI designs for web and mobile platforms.

Give and receive feedback generously, advocate for quality, learn new tools and processes, grow your craft in new ways, and stay up to date on UX/UI best practices.

Present your concepts and designs, come with a point of view, and be able to communicate your vision, ideas, process, and decisions.
