1. Corporate HR - Group-Level Initiatives

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Role Summary:

• Work closely with Group HR
• Lead group-level HR strategy
• Drive enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives

2. Payroll Lead - Group Payroll Operations

CTC: 10-15 LPA

Requirements:

• Experience in TP payroll companies
• Ability to manage large employee bases
• Experience handling multi-client environments

3. Organization Development (OD) Lead - L&D, PMS, R&R

CTC: 10-15 LPA

Role Summary:

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives
• Own Group Performance Management Systems
• Build and implement Rewards & Recognition frameworks
