Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Commercial & Material Officer

• Handle commercial and material-related activities
• Manage inventory and cash coordination
• Coordinate with Store and DC teams
• Oversee GRN and inward-material timelines

2. Customer Care & Coordination Executive (CCCE)

• Support walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Ensure smooth execution of solution services
• Coordinate with service centres for repair and replacement cases

Skills: 

• Strong computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle customer interaction and coordination work
• Willingness to work in in-store operations

Salary: Best in the industry

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the same domain
