Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations/Patient
Services/International Patient Desk
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setup is preferred

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred)
• Certification in Patient Relations/Customer Service will be an added advantage

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to handle international patients with cultural sensitivity
