Badr Al Samma Group of Hospitals and Polyclinics Oman has Multiple Job Vacancies

Job Positions:

1. Position: Marketing Executive

• Salary: 275 - 450 OMR
• Requirements to work:
  • Age should be below 39 years
  • Must take Oman Driving Licence (Which will cost around 300 OMR)
  • Need to pay consultancy service charges
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital in Referral or Corporate Marketing
  • All documents availability
  • Need to pass 2 rounds of interviews, which will be online
  • Medically fit to work (Medicals charge will be Rs. 12,000/-)
  • Keralite Male candidates preferred

2. Accountant (CA Inter/CMA Inter/CMA)

• Salary: 375 - 450 OMR
• Requirements to work:
  • Need to pass the interview from the Consultancy (Online Interview)
  • Need to pass the interview from the Director of the hospital (Online Interview)
  • Must take medicals before travelling to Oman
  • Must pay the consultancy service charges
  • Age should be maximum 38 years old
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Should have CA Inter or CMA or CMA Inter
  • Keralite Male Candidates Prefferd

3. IT Executive

• Salary: Upto 300 OMR
• Requirements to work:
  • Need to pass the interview from the Consultancy
  • Need to pass the interview from the Director of the hospital
  • Must take medicals before travelling to Oman
  • Must pay the consultancy service charges
  • Age should be maximum 40 years old
  • Should have atleast 4 years of experience in Hardware Engineering
  • Should be a Male Keralite Candidate

4. IT Executive - II

• Salary: Upto 500 OMR
• Requirements to work:
  • Need to pass the interview from the Consultancy
  • Need to pass the interview from the Director of the hospital
  • Must take medicals before travelling to Oman
  • Must pay the consultancy service charges
  • Age should be maximum 40 years old
  • Should have atleast 5 years of experience in Networking & Hardware
  • Should be a Male Keralite Candidate

5. Medical Coder

• Salary: 200 - 300 OMR (Correct amount will be decided after the interview. Also after 2 years if the performance of the employee is good there might be increment)
• Requirements to work:
  • Need to pass the interview from the Consultancy
  • Need to pass the interview from the Director of the hospital
  • Must have Gulf Experience
  • Must pay the Consultancy Fee
  • Should be from Kerala
  • Minimum 3 years in any Gulf country as a Medical Coder

6. Customer Care Executive

• Salary: Upto 300 OMR
• Requirements to work:
  • Need to pass the interview from the Consultancy, which will be online
  • Need to pass the interview from the Director of the hospital, which also will be online
  • Must take medicals before travelling to Oman (Which will cost Rs 12,000)
  • Must pay the consultancy service charges
  • Age should be maximum 38 years old
  • Male Candidates prefferd
  • Should pay the Consultancy fee
  • Should have prior experience in an hospital for atleast 1 year doing the below listed duties:
    • Welcome Patients
    • Appointment Coordination
    • Patient Complaints Handling
    • Admission & Discharge Support
    • Should have BSW/MSW as qualification

7. Dermatologist

• Salary: Upto ₹7,50,000/-
• Benefits: Family Visa, Incentives, 2 BHK Apartment, Air Tickets
• Travel: The accommodation will be from a walkable distance from the hospital.

Common Details (for all jobs below)

Location: 14 branches across Oman. (Should be willing to work in any of the branches allocated, as per the requirement)

Duty Time: 10 Hours (It can be split duty or continuous duty. It will be decided as per the requirement)

Off: Weekly 1 off

Leave: Once 1 year is completed, 30 days paid annual leave will be provided

Contract: 3 years (Once 3 years are completed, if the employee is interested, we can extend the contract)

Accommodation: Bachelor Accommodation in semi-furnished flat

Travel: In most cases, the accommodation will be from a walkable distance from the hospital. If it is not, travel arrangements will be provided
