Job Description:

Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals and Polyclinics Oman is hiring Customer Care Executive

Location: 14 branches across Oman. Candidates should be willing to work at any branch as allocated, based on requirement.

Duty Time: 10 hours (split duty or continuous duty, decided as per requirement)

Off: Weekly 1 off

Leave: 30 days paid leave after completing 1 year

Contract: 3 years (extendable if the employee is interested, after completion)

Salary: Up to 300 OMR

Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation in a semi-furnished flat

Travel: Accommodation within walkable distance from the hospital

Requirements to Work:

1. Must pass the online interview from the Consultancy
2. Must pass the online interview from the Director of the hospital
3. Must undergo medicals before traveling to Oman (cost: ₹12,000)
4. Must pay the consultancy service charges
5. Maximum age: 38 years
6. Male candidates preferred
7. Minimum 1 year of prior hospital experience handling:
   • Welcoming patients
   • Appointment coordination
   • Patient complaints handling
   • Admission & discharge support
   • Qualification: BSW/MSW Required
