Job Positions:

1. Production Supervisor (Male )

Required Exp: Min 02 years experience in Fish, Cephalapods, Shrimp processing.

Qualification: +2/ BSc/BFSc/Any graduate

Location: Baby Marine International, Thoppumpady, Kochi

2. Online QC

Qualification: BSc/BFSc/MSc/MFSc

Location: Baby Marine International, Thoppumpadi, Kochi

Exp: Min 6 months and above

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining cold chain process from harvest/receipt to shipment according to HACCP system.
• Monitoring and ensuring overall hygiene and sanitisation practices at production floor.
• Responsible for handling product inspection on daily basis and coordinating inspection by buyer QC.
• Responsible for ensuring material temperature at floor and ensuring cold store temperature.
• Responsible to avoid metal and foreign matter inclusion and calibration of appliances like metal detectors, weighing scale at floor level.
• Responsible to perform all duties as per statutory norms of Quality Management and Food safety standards.
• Preparation of Audit Documents.
