Educational Qualification:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Post-graduation in management or sales is preferred

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Freshers with a strong passion for sales & exceptional interpersonal skills may also apply.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹2.4 to ₹6 Lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience).
• Attractive incentives based on performance.
