Asian Paints is Conducting a Recruitment Drive for 500 Vacancies

• APL holds a leadership position in the paints and allied products segment and has established a strong distribution network across India. The brand has now become a household name.

Opening Job Positions:

1. Frontline Executive (Dealer/Retail Segment)

2. Brand & Market Promoters

Number of Vacancies: 500

Location: Kerala & Tamil Nadu

Note: These role will initially be on the payroll of Caspian Management Services LLP for a period of 18 months, with excellent prospects for top performers to be absorbed into APL’s direct rolls.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate including MBA (Engineering graduates are not eligible)
• Pass-outs from 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, or final-year students (2026 batch) from Arts & Science streams or MBA programs who are interested in pursuing professional careers in Sales and Marketing
• Age below 26 years
• Freshers or candidates with experience
• Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid driving license
• Willing to work anywhere within the state (local language proficiency is mandatory)

Gender: Only Male Candidates are eligible to apply.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

1. Fixed Salary: Rs 2.75 to Rs 3.50 lakhs per annum

2. Travel Allowance: Daily (As per eligibility)

3. Variable Incentive: Quarterly (On the basis of performance)

4. Retention Bonus: Half yearly/Annually (On the basis of performance)

5. Other Benefits: Bonus (Annually) & Leave Encashments (Annually)

6. Insurance Coverages: 

• Employee - Group Personal Accident Benefit - 21 lakhs (On accidental death; clearance as per eligibility)
• Employee - Group Mediclaim (Clearance as per eligibility)
