Asian Paints is hiring Contractor Associate (CA) - Masterstrokes Program 

Location: Trivandrum,Kerala

CTC: ₹3.03 LPA  + TA + Incentive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age: 26 Year 

Note: Two-wheeler mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with painting contractors - profile, train & upgrade them
• Act as the single point of contact for site visits, evaluations, and training
• Promote product adoption & contractor engagement
• Coordinate with retail/TSO teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Excellent field coordination skills
• Strong communication
• Passion for contractor development
