ASAP is hiring Graduate Intern - PR

Salary: Rs.12,500/-

Job Type: Full-time (On contract basis)

Location: ASAP HQ Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Qualifications: UG Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or Public Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate PR-related activities across various divisions within ASAP Kerala.
• Maintain systematic records and documentation of PR initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist in the creation, editing, and publishing of written content for internal and external communication platforms, including newsletters, press releases, and social media.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop and finalize visual content supporting PR campaigns and announcements.
• Maintaining an organized repository of internal communications, press coverage, creative assets, and project files.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports including ADD Skill summarizing activities and media coverage.
• Coordinate with various teams to collect inputs and feedback for documentation purposes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of communication records.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data is stored and handled in compliance with organizational policies.

Note: 

• Candidates with a regular degree from any recognized university with 60% of marks needs to apply.
• The Selected candidates will be required to assist various divisions of ASAP Kerala.
• Interns will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.12,500 per month
• The Selected applicants will be required to execute an agreement with ASAP.
