Job Position: Business Promoters

Number of Vacancies: 89

Locations: All Districts

Stipend:

• ₹7,500 per month, subject to achieving assigned targets - a minimum of 5 admissions per month with a minimum collected fee of ₹75,000

Incentives:

• Additional admission-linked incentives over and above the stipend, provided as variable pay for enrollments exceeding the assigned targets.

Contract Duration: 3 months (Initial contract period)

Job Type: Part-Time

Qualification: Minimum +2

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Skills in marketing and community engagement with experience in target-based lead conversion and admissions

• Basic proficiency in using digital tools for database management

Responsibilities:

• Direct Engagement with Jobseekers: Meet jobseekers in the assigned areas through physical interactions.

• Admissions: Promote ASAP Kerala courses to facilitate successful admissions.

• Database Expansion and Follow-ups: Grow the jobseeker database through referrals, systematic follow-ups and promotional activities.

• Promotional Activities: Focus on devising community-based strategies to increase the database.

• Work under the supervision of the Field Program Manager

• Maintain data on outreach efforts and admissions.
