Qualification:

• BSc/MSc in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Nursing/Any Life Science

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in managing counselling & conversion of patients

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Call leads of potential patients as per guidelines
• Counsel patients and resolve their queries
• Keep track of patient pipeline and share status on conversion
• Manage the department operationally, coordinating with doctors and patients
