Job Description:

Aptara Learning Technopark is hiring Desktop Support Engineer

Requirements:

• Should have a good understanding of Windows all versions (preferably 10 and 11).
• Good understanding of Anti-Virus software.
• Should know Microsoft Outlook/Office.
• Should know Software/hardware components.
• Should be able to diagnose hardware component failure.
• Should be able to install/uninstall applications and troubleshoot issues for abnormal behavior.
• Should have an idea of Domain/IP Management.
• Should be able to install/uninstall/share/service Printers and scanners.
• Decent knowledge of networks.
• Maintain inventory of PC/Laptops/Servers/Software.
• Knowledge of Mac and Mac OS.

Preferred Skills:

• Min 1 Year Technopark or similar company experience required.
• Need immediate joiner.
• Graduation/3 Year Diploma main certificate in computer is a must (candidates with backpapers won't be considered).
• Preference for Male candidates.
