Job Requirements

 

- Candidates with any degree can apply.

- Minimum 1 year of expertise in the same discipline is preferred. (Freshers can also apply)

- Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and non-verbal).

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through email/chat and providing accurate, valid, and complete information.

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
