As an Aptitude and Reasoning Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for Placement Interviews by enhancing their problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training modules focused on aptitude and reasoning skills to ensure our students excel in various competitive examinations.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Logic, Education).
• Strong command of aptitude and reasoning concepts and ability to teach them effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Understanding of various competitive exams and their aptitude/ reasoning sections (e.g., GRE, GMAT, CAT, Banking, SSC, etc.).
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software.

Experience: 

• Proven experience as an aptitude and reasoning trainer or a similar role.
• Teaching certifications or relevant training qualifications.
• Experience with online teaching and e-learning platforms.
• Familiarity with curriculum design and development.
