Amrita School of Business is hiring Female Placement Manager

Location: Ettimadai, Coimbatore, India

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals

* Collaborate with academic departments to align students' skills with industry requirements

* Organize career fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance students' employability

* Offer guidance and mentorship to students regarding career choices and job search strategies

* Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development

Requirements:

* MBA in Marketing

* Proven experience of 3 to 8 years in campus placements, HR, or related roles

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Willing to travel

* Ability to network effectively with employers and professionals

* Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes

* Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success
