• MBA - HR/ MSW - PM & IR/ MHRM; Graduation in Sociology or Social Work (must be from any recognized universities in kerala is mandatory).

Job Criteria:

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, in managing various Hr process in a manufacturing environment, with specific focus on talent acquisition/employee engagement/ employee welfare/ employee relation activities.
