Job Description:

Ambika Traders is hiring Salesman

Position: Salesman (For FMCG Products & Ambika Palada)

Location: Perintalmanna or Ambalmugal, Ernakulam

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard super stockists and distributors across all districts in Kerala.
• Promote and sell Ambika Palada branded products alongside other FMCG products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure growth in market share.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Kerala market and distribution network.
• Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.

Qualifications:

• Any relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in local languages and English.
