Amazon is Conducting a Recruitment Drive

Designation: ML Data Associate - (Level II)

Job Location: Chennai & Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Rotational Shifts - 5 days work/week)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Experience: Freshers to 2 years

Eligibility:

• Graduates & Postgraduates From Arts, Science, Engineering, and Management streams
• Pass-out years: 2025, 2024, 2023 (UG/PG)
• Minimum 6.0 CGPA/60% aggregate in UG/PG
• Minimum 60% in 10th & 12th

CTC:

• Freshers - ₹4 LPA
• Experienced (up to 2 years) - ₹6 LPA
• Relocation benefit of ₹75,000/- (for candidates relocating from >250 km)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and follow strict confidentiality guidelines
• Work with a wide range of data types, including but not limited to text, audio, speech, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labelled data using in-house tools, software, and guidelines to meet Key Performance Indicators, ensuring the safe, responsible, and effective development of AI technologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in: Researching and generating factually and grammatically accurate responses, Ranking responses, Creating grammatically correct text & Annotating images and videos
• Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking capabilities while evaluating different forms of data and making informed decisions
• Apply logical decision-making while handling tasks that may include ambiguous information
• Adapt quickly to diverse labelling workflows while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Manage end-to-end data execution processes related to labelling tasks with minimal dependency on work instructions
• Contribute to root cause analysis by identifying error patterns and suggesting solutions to improve task quality
• Highlight process challenges in SOPs and tools, and recommend necessary changes
• Exercise sound judgement to balance process adherence while taking ownership to analyze and provide effective resolutions
